Redlex Property is a dynamic property company born from the motivation to create a holistic approach in the property sector. Redlex Property was established in 2003, concentrating on the residential rental market in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Gauteng. Redlex Property also specializes in the leasing of commercial property and selling on both residential and commercial properties. Redlex Property has proven to be a formidable force in the property market thanks to its sustainable business model of property management and administration.

Redlex Property takes charge of the entire leasing process, from the property “take-on” process, which includes property assessment and advice to advertising and marketing campaigns that guarantee prominent exposure. Accredited experience agents draw on their expertise to ensure owners receive market-related returns on their rentals and tenants get value for money.

Landlords and tenants are protected through comprehensive lease agreements and a policy of holding rental deposits in an interest bearing trust account. This legal requirement has been put in place in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act to protect the landlord and tenant’s interest.
